On their honeymoon in Santorini, Marcela and Oscar watched the Aegean sky dissolve and asked one question: What if we brought this feeling home to Miami?
A Family That Said Yes
Rooted in Colombian and Cuban heritage, Bargean grew into a full family endeavor. Soon, with family unity, pulling late nights, shared conviction, and every decision made personally, Bargean became this family's mission.

LatinAegeo is a conversation between worlds, Latin spice and Aegean citrus, Braised Latin Short Ribs and Octopus Tiradito, speaking the same language from opposite sides of the globe.
